We need to be able to see all the areas of carpet we are cleaning
- Please turn on all lights and open blinds before we arrive. We can't clean what we can't see and we want to do the best job possible for you.
Parking
- Please leave a space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our van.
Receipt for work completed
- We will provide you with a professional work completion receipt for your records or landlord.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and money sharing apps such as Zelle, Venmo, etc.
Q: Do I need to vacuum before the technician arrives?
A: Absolutely not! If you really want to, you can. However, we’re offering you our high quality cleaning services, so we won’t treat you like those other guys. You‘re paying us to do the hard work, so feel free to kick back and relax!
Q: What do you consider a room?
A: We consider an average size room to be no larger then 200 square feet. Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas.
Q: How long will it take to clean my carpets?
A: On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and if there are any necessary spot removal treatments.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: No, we ask that you move items that are covering parts of the carpet you want cleaned. We will clean around any items left on the floor. This is because we aren’t professional movers - we don’t want to risk damaging your furniture or our bodies. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches so that we can cover more areas. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but we schedule and price our appointments around the average time it takes per room for cleaning and not moving and replacing furniture. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
A: Unlike some cleaning methods where your carpets may get soaked and take 1-2 days (or longer) to dry, our process is typically dry in 1-2 hours. This prevents mold, loosening of the carpets, and other potential problems.
Q: Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
A: We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fiber also plays a factor in this.
Q: Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?
A: No. As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, we just need to call and do a credit card payment over the phone prior starting the job. We can take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with a professional receipt.
Q: Are your products and methods safe?
A: 100% people & pet safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic, and eco-friendly! We do carry certain products that do not meet one or all of these categories in case we encounter a scenario for which there hasn't yet been made a non-toxic, non-allergenic, or eco-friendly cleaning solution. In cases such as these, we would inform you and ask you whether you would like us to use one of these products.
